Are You Cleaning Your Colon? Here's A Guide For An 'Internal Body Wash'
Craig Brockie explains that a clean colon helps fix chronic fatigue, skin problems, and weak immunity.

Good digestive health is important to feel healthy and happy. An important organ in the digestive system is the colon, also called the large intestine. While many factors contribute to good colon health, one’s food choices particularly influence it even more. Shedding light on maintaining good colon health, Craig Brockie, an author and founder of Ultimate Health Solutions, recently took to X and shared a detailed guide on performing a proper colon cleanse. “Colon cleansing is the most powerful yet ignored health intervention. It fixes chronic fatigue, skin problems, and weak immunity. I’ve tested this myself, and it does wonders," he wrote.
Mentioning that the colon can often hold several pounds of toxic waste, he added that it serves as a breeding ground for harmful bacteria, viruses, and parasites. “Like your car, the most toxic substances come from your body’s tailpipe. When your colon is clogged, your liver can’t properly filter poisons. The real cause behind sickness is often the retention and reabsorption of built-up toxic waste. A clogged colon = a sick body," Brockie continued.

Here's how to perform a colon cleanse the right way:
In a few tips to support the digestive system, Brockie urged people to increase water and fiber (chia seeds, psyllium), consume magnesium for a loosening effect on bowels, add vitamin C (antioxidant + loosens bowels), and use natural laxatives (magnesium oxide). He further emphasised the need to rinse the entire digestive tract, including an “internal body wash" that will flush the colon and small intestines. “The Internal Body Wash Protocol— Take a natural laxative before bed. Morning: Drink a quart of warm salt water (2 tsp sea salt). Wait 10-60 minutes near a bathroom until it exits. Extend the rinse by drinking fresh water every 15 minutes thereafter," he continued.

Brockie added that one’s digestive system can get more sensitive after the internal body wash, and highlighted a few tips to prevent gas and bloating. One should eat slowly, chew thoroughly, consume apple cider vinegar before meals, use digestive enzymes, limit liquids, and add probiotics for gut health. “Repopulate your gut with beneficial bacteria. Antibiotics, birth control pills, pesticides, artificial sweeteners, and processed foods destroy your good bacteria," he added.

Concluding the post, Brockie explained that cleaning the colon helps to lose weight naturally, kill viruses and parasites, boost the immune system, flush the liver, overcome chronic pain, and makes one feel happier and calmer.
